Shipping
We ship with established logistics partners – depending on the item and delivery address, with UPS, DHL, Hermes, or comparable service providers. We will inform you of the shipping service provider for your order with the order confirmation.
Over- and Under-delivery
For customized promotional items, production-related quantity deviations of up to 15% upward or downward are common in the industry and are accepted as contractual fulfillment. Invoicing is based on the quantity actually delivered.
