You may withdraw from this contract within 14 days without providing a reason, either in writing (e.g., letter, email) or—if the item has been delivered to you before the deadline expires—by returning the item. The period begins upon receipt of this notice in writing, but not before the goods are received by the recipient (in the case of recurring deliveries of similar goods, not before receipt of the first partial delivery) and also not before we have fulfilled our information obligations pursuant to Article 246 § 2 in conjunction with § 1, paragraphs 1 and 2 of the EGBGB, as well as our obligations pursuant to § 312g, paragraph 1, sentence 1 of the BGB in conjunction with Article 246 § 3 of the EGBGB. To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient to send the cancellation notice or return the goods in a timely manner. The cancellation notice must be addressed to:

Consequences of Withdrawal

In the event of a valid withdrawal, the performance received by both parties must be returned, and any benefits derived (e.g., interest) must be reimbursed. If you are unable to return the performance received and any benefits derived (e.g., benefits of use) to us—or can return them only in part or only in a deteriorated condition—you must compensate us for the loss in value to that extent. You are only required to provide compensation for the deterioration of the item and for any benefits derived to the extent that such benefits or deterioration result from handling the item in a manner that goes beyond what is necessary to assess its characteristics and functionality. “Inspection of the characteristics and functionality” refers to testing and trying out the respective goods, as is possible and customary in a retail store. Items that can be shipped by package must be returned at our risk. You must bear the regular costs of the return if the goods delivered correspond to those ordered and if the price of the item to be returned does not exceed 40 euros, or if, in the case of a higher price, you have not yet provided consideration or made a contractually agreed partial payment at the time of withdrawal. Otherwise, the return is free of charge for you. Items that cannot be shipped by package will be picked up from your location. Obligations to refund payments must be fulfilled within 30 days. For you, this period begins when you send your notice of withdrawal or the item; for us, it begins upon receipt.
