How do I get a custom quote?
Simply use the "Inquire without obligation" function directly with the product. Based on this, we will create an individual offer tailored to your project, your quantity, and your requirements.
Of course, you can also reach us by phone or email. And if you don't yet know exactly what you're looking for, that's perfectly fine too. That's what we're here for.
Are there minimum order quantities?
The minimum order quantity can be found
directly with the respective article. It usually corresponds to the smallest
producible quantity.
Can I get a sample before placing an order?
Of course. Many products can be ordered as samples in advance. Especially when it comes to materials, colors, or finishes, nothing can replace seeing them in person.
Are bulk discounts available?
Yes. You can find available bulk prices
directly on the respective product page. Larger quantities are generally rewarded with more attractive unit prices.
If you need a larger quantity than listed
with the item, this is usually also possible. Please feel free to contact us directly.
How quickly will I receive a quote?
Usually within one
business day. Most of the time within a few hours.
Can I order products without any customization?
Our products are primarily intended for individual customization and professional corporate use. However, if you require a product without customization, this is often still possible. Simply contact us – we will gladly explore the options for you.
Finishing & Branding
What finishing processes do you offer?
Depending on the product, various techniques are available, including laser engraving, screen printing, pad printing, digital printing, embroidery, transfer printing, or offset printing.
Which finishing method is best suited or possible depends on the product and your design. We would be happy to advise you on your selection.
What print data is required?
Ideally, we require a PDF/X-3 file. Alternatively, EPS or TIFF files can often be used.
If you are unsure, simply send us the files you have. We will work together to see what can be done.
Can I use my Pantone color?
In many cases, yes. Simply provide us with your Pantone color, and we will check the possibilities of the respective process.
Do I receive a proof before production begins?
Yes. Before production begins, you will receive
a proof for approval. Only when everything is perfect will production
start.
We highly value anticipation.
However, we prefer to leave surprises to other industries.
How large can my logo be displayed
The available print areas depend on the respective product. You can find the possible finishing sizes directly with the item or upon request.
Is discreet refinement also possible?
Absolutely. The most effective brand presentations are not always the loudest. Many products are perfectly suited for subtle and high-quality finishes.
Can products be adapted to our corporate design?
Yes. Colors, materials, and finishes can often be adapted to existing corporate design guidelines. For larger quantities, individual custom designs are also possible.

How long does production take?
Production time depends on the specific product and the desired finishing. You can find the estimated delivery time directly with the item.
Are there express productions?
Yes, for many products. If it needs to be done particularly quickly, just contact us.
We don't promise anything we can't deliver – but we often make the impossible possible.
Do you deliver to multiple locations?
Of course. Whether it's branches, subsidiaries, or various event locations – we'll be happy to organize the distribution for you.
Can individual recipients be supplied directly?
Yes. This is often a good solution, especially for employee gifts, onboarding packages, or customer promotions.
Is scheduled delivery possible?
In most cases, yes. Simply let us know your desired date when making an inquiry or placing an order.
Do you also deliver abroad?
Yes. We deliver throughout Europe and worldwide upon request.
