They say the best things in life are free. That’s obviously not true, but The Truffle is at least remarkably compact. The recipe is almost suspiciously simple: an almond, premium Belgian chocolate, and a touch of cocoa powder. No artificial experiments, no GMOs, but IFS standard and an FSC-certified box.

The Truffle is the culinary equivalent of a perfectly fitting tweed jacket: unobtrusive, but damn well made. Ideally placed as a table gift at the Christmas party or as a small token for valued customers. The Truffle doesn’t impose itself. It simply waits until you realize what you have.
